Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

This policy applies to eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To start a return, please contact us at info@luscentred.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • Clean

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with all accessories, components, manuals, and proof of purchase

We accept returns for new items only.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please see the “Damages and Issues” section below.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by post.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are sent without tracking.

Return Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Original shipping fees, including express shipping fees, are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@luscentred.com with your order number and clear photos or details of the issue.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right in line with applicable consumer laws.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@luscentred.com within 30 days of delivery.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or ask you to place a new order after your return has been accepted.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or not returned in their original packaging, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
